在生态区建设中,我的角色发生了转变。作为“新基础教育”兼职研究员、生态区核心推进小组组长,我有责任带领生态区所有教师共同成长。要成就他人首先要做强自己,因此,我把成型性研究阶段的成熟课型在生态区内进行推广,成立了生态区各学科骨干教师团队,结合生态区研讨活动实践“新基础教育”理论,解读各类课型的要点。培养骨干教师以便于各校能自主开展校本研修。每次走出去,我会带着本校青年教师共同参与,把自己放在执教者的位置上进行反思、重建。研讨的日常化、频繁化
