在英语学习当中,我们一般把后进生称为“差生”。这些学生的成因有很多种,比如,有的学生是在英语学习上有障碍,诸如学习基础差,学习态度不端正;有的学生是因为不喜欢某英语老师而连带不喜欢英语课,不愿意花时间和精力学习而成为后进生;有的是因为教师教法欠妥或学生自己的学习方法不当等等造成学生的学习成绩提不上去。而这些学生和其他学生一样,他们有思想、有自尊,他们更渴望老师、家长和同学们的理解、关心、爱护、尊重和帮助。因此,为了所有的学生都能够发展和进步,如何转化后进生成为我们每一位英语教育者在教学工作中不可缺少的一项重要工作。
In English learning, we generally refer to the latecomer as “poor student.” There are many causes for these students. For example, some students have difficulties in learning English, such as poor learning foundation and learning attitude. Some students do not like English because they do not like an English teacher. Spend time and energy to learn and become backward; some because of improper teaching methods or the students themselves improper learning methods caused by the student’s academic performance can not go up. Like other students, these students have thoughts and self-esteem. They are more anxious about the understanding, care, love, respect and help of teachers, parents and students. Therefore, in order for all students to develop and progress, how to transform them into an integral part of the teaching work of every one of our English educators is an important task.
