用DNCB溶液瘤体内注射局部免疫治疗的方法,对携带H-2抗原的小鼠Ehrlich实体瘤进行治疗。结果表明,局部免疫治疗可有效地抑制肿瘤生长,使瘤体逐步缩小,直至完全消退,小鼠寿命显著延长,得到治愈。同时可使小且获得抵抗同一肿瘤细胞株再次接种攻击的全身免疫力。病理组织学研究结果表明,瘤体内注射DNCB溶液既可直接引起瘤组织坏死,又可在瘤体局部产生具有细胞免疫反应特点的淋巴细胞浸润,说明该疗法既有非免疫机制作用也有免疫机制参与。
Intratumoral injection of DNCB solution was used to treat solid Ehrlich mice bearing H-2 antigen by local immunotherapy. The results showed that local immunotherapy can effectively inhibit the growth of tumors and gradually shrink the tumor until it completely disappears, and the life span of mice is significantly prolonged and cured. At the same time it can be small and gain full body immunity against the re-vaccination challenge of the same tumor cell line. The results of histopathological study showed that intratumoral injection of DNCB solution can directly cause necrosis of the tumor tissue, and can also produce lymphocyte infiltration characteristic of the cellular immune response in the tumor region, indicating that the therapy has both non-immune mechanism and immune mechanism participation. .
