深圳向西小学是1983年新建的一所标准较高的学校,位于向西路之南,距文锦渡海关仅有100多米,所处环境非常重要(图1、2)。 学校总占地面积9600平方米,教学楼建筑面积约4900平方米,建筑造价130万元。 按24班、每班46人计,共1104个学生,平均每人占地约8.7平方米。由于地皮缺、时间紧,要求高、给设计带来了一定的难度。
Shenzhen Xiangxi Primary School is a higher standard school built in 1983. It is located to the south of Xiangxi Road, only 100 meters away from Wenjindu Customs. The environment is very important (Figures 1 and 2). The school has a total area of 9,600 square meters, a teaching building area of 4,900 square meters, and a construction cost of 1,300,000 yuan. According to 24 classes and 46 classes, a total of 1104 students, with an average floor area of 8.7 square meters per person. Due to the lack of land and tight time, high requirements and difficulties in design.
