目的了解永州市医疗机构新建、改建、扩建建设项目(以下简称建设项目)职业病危害控制效果放射防护评价现状。方法 2006-2012年共对永州市卫生局发放《医疗机构执业许可证》的38个医疗机构放射诊疗B类建设项目进行职业病危害控制效果放射防护评价,并对报告进行分析。结果 2个建设项目进行了职业病危害放射防护预评价,占控评总数的5.26%,49间机房中有23间面积达到国家标准要求,占总数的46.94%,有36间机房配备放射工作人员和受检者防护用品,占总数72.55%。县级公立医院和民营医院机房面积合格率、放射工作人员和受检者防护用品配备率差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.35、3.60,P>0.05)。结论应进一步加强对医疗机构建设项目职业病危害放射防护预评价和控制效果评价工作,以达到放射实践的正当化和放射防护的最优化。
Objective To understand the status of radiation protection evaluation of control effects of occupational hazards in new construction, renovation and expansion of medical institutions in Yongzhou (hereinafter referred to as construction projects). Methods From 2006 to 2012, a total of 38 medical institutions radiotherapy and treatment category B construction projects were issued to Yongzhou Municipal Health Bureau for radiological protection evaluation of occupational disease hazard control and the report was analyzed. Results The two construction projects were pre-evaluated for occupational hazard radiological protection, accounting for 5.26% of the total number of control evaluations. Among the 49 computer labs, 23 have reached the national standard, accounting for 46.94% of the total. 36 computer labs are equipped with radiological staff and Subjects protective equipment, accounting for 72.55% of the total. There was no significant difference in the qualified rate of computer room area, the staffing rate of radiological staff and the protective equipment for the public at the county level between public hospitals and private hospitals (χ2 = 2.35, 3.60, P> 0.05). Conclusion It is necessary to further strengthen the pre-evaluation of radiological protection and control effect evaluation of occupational hazards in construction projects of medical institutions in order to achieve the legitimacy of radiation practice and optimization of radiological protection.
