青春的能源是无限珍贵的,但其珍贵的前提在于能认识自我。青年人在不能认识自我的情况下,所进行的活动,免不了逃避与无意义的消遣。假如一个人没有与年龄相称的反思自我,认识自我的能力,那么必有相应的缺憾与不幸。日本作家夏目濑石在《我是猫》一书中写到:“本来人们的一切研究,都是为了研究自我。什么天地、山川、日月、星辰等等,都不过是自我的别名罢了。无论谁抛开了自我,就再也找不到值得研究的东西了。假使一个人能够跳出自我,那么在跳出的那个时候,就要失去了自我。
