近年来,柳州市国税局不断提高征管能力,围绕征管基础建设创新税源监控措施,围绕征管工作水平提升推行征管专业化管理,围绕征管质量考核指标创新征管制度建设,国税征管工作质量不断提升。注重应用软件建设,加大人、财、物投入,信息管税能力不断增强。大力进行“两基”建设,加大基础设施投入,征管办公条件不断改善。依法治税能力不断提高,创新税法宣传工作,不断强化依法征管意识。发挥税务稽查作用,依法查补清缴税款。加大大案要案查处力度,维护国家税法尊严。注重制度建设,建立依法治税长效机制。提高办税服务能力,以纳税人满意为标准规范服务水平,以“八统一”为标准,规范办税服务厅建设。以纳税人需求为方向丰富服务内涵,实行“一站式”服务、全程服务、限时服务、预约服务、提醒服务、援助服务、“免填单”服务等特色服务和对企业的个性化服务。创建国、地税联合办税新模式,推行“同城通办”新业务,成立纳税人学校,服务纳税人。
