目的:研究γ-synuclein的表达与C-erbB-2及临床病理指标的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测γ-synuclein在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织、乳腺增生组织、癌旁正常乳腺组织中的表达水平,分析其与C-erbB-2及临床病理指标(是否绝经、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移情况、组织学类型、临床分期)之间的关系。结果:γ-synuclein在癌旁正常乳腺组织、乳腺增生组织中均无表达,在浸润性乳腺癌中阳性率为43.18%(19/44)。在乳腺浸润性导管癌中y-synuclein阳性表达与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移情况、C-erbB-2表达阳性、临床分期均呈现正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而与是否绝经无关(P>0.05)。结论:γ-synuclein阳性表达提示为晚期肿瘤、癌细胞的侵袭转移能力较强以及对某些化疗药有较强的耐受性,可作为评价乳腺癌预后的参考指标,γ-synuclein阳性表达可以成为良好的判断预后不良的指标。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of γ-synuclein and C-erbB-2 and clinicopathological parameters.
