对治疗慢性肝炎中药水煎剂中铁、锌、铜的初级形态进行了分析,求出了原生药中铁、锌、铜的含量,测出了按例行煎出方式得到的煎剂中微量元素的浸出情况。用滤纸将颗粒与可溶态分开,在此基础上进行了各个级分的铁等三种微量元素含量测定,并根据测定数据计算了“形态分析参数”即提取率,浸留比等。计算结果铁和锌的提取率均大于67%,浸留比大于1,残留率铜为最大。
