采用扫描电镜观察了预防性给药-羟基哌喹对实验性矽肺肺泡吞噬细胞病理形态的影响,并测定了肺组织胶原蛋白和支气管肺泡冲洗液中二棕榈酰卵磷酯(DPPC)含量。结果表明,羟基哌喹对大鼠肺组织、肺泡吞噬细胞具有保护和稳定作用,从而可延缓矽肺发展,并讨论了其作用机理,提出了筛选新药途径。
Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the effect of prophylactic administration of hydroxypiperaquine on the pathomorphology of experimental lung alveolar phagocyte and the content of dipalmitoyl phosphatidylcholine (DPPC) in lung tissue collagen and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was measured. The results showed that hydroxypiperaquine had protective and stabilizing effects on rat lung tissue and alveolar phagocytic cells, which could delay the development of silicosis. The mechanism of action was discussed and a new drug screening method was proposed.
