将具有不同风味品质的7个自交系,用其中风味品质最优和最劣者作为亲本 P_1和 P_2,配制成 F_1,F_2、BC_1P_1、BC_1P_2共11个群体,来研究大白菜风味品质的性状相关及遗传规律。结果是风味品质与蛋白质、粗纤维、还原糖相关极显著;与固形物相关显著;与维生素 C、原果胶水溶果胶、叶缘素无显著相关.将这8个性状组成28种比值作为自变量,经简单相关分析后,再将与风味品质相关紧密和极紧密的15个自变量,进行回归分析。当采用 F_(0.(?))水准分析,其最优回归方程为 y=0,7354+0,0123x_1+3,4432x_2(x_1为蛋白质含量、x_2为还原糖/粗纤维单位为毫克/克干重);当采用 F_(0.01)水准分析时,其最优方程为 y=2,3342+4、2037x(x 为还原糖/粗纤维)。由于蛋糖、蛋纤、糖纤的简单相关系数分别为0,5864、—5135和—O,7348,故也可用 y=—1.7+0.0444x(x:还原糖)的方程做近似估计.粗纤维、蛋白质的广义遗传力在50%左右,还原糖则近似64%;狭义遗传力三者相近,在47.74~64.38%之间.控制粗纤维的基因对数似乎是3对,蛋白质、还原糖则为1对,同时受环境敏感基因影响较大.这些与风味相关的性状属于劣亲本不完全显性,杂种优势偏于负值。
