观察小剂量米非司酮（以下简称ＲＵ４８６）用于紧急避孕的效果。对象按就诊先后随机分为两组，分别单次 口服Ｒｕ４８６ ５０ ｍｇ或 ２５ ｍｇ。结果，组Ⅰ无１例失败，有效率 １００％，组Ⅱ失败１例，有效率９２％。副反应及对月经的影响 轻微。单次口服Ｒｕ４８６ ５０ ｍｇ或２５ ｍｇ均可为妇女在无保护性交后提供有效的补救措施。
Observe the effect of low-dose mifepristone (hereinafter referred to as RU486) for emergency contraception.
