在14侧成人小腿标本及1条断肢上,观察了腓浅血管及其远侧交通支的分布情况。结果表明:腓浅血管远段与胫前动脉及腓动脉形成广泛吻合,具有形成逆行血管筋膜蒂岛状皮瓣的解剖学条件。并在临床上获得成功。本文对该术式的操作要点及适应症进行了讨论.
On the 14 side of the adult calf specimens and a broken limb, the distribution of the superficial phrenic vessels and their distal traffic branches was observed.
