New and old cadres of state-owned enterprises continually alternate, and a large number of young cadres took leadership positions, which brought new vitality to enterprises and raised new challenges. Carrying out ideological and political work is an important responsibility of grass-roots party organizations. This article makes a deep reflection on how to strengthen the ideological education of Party members and cadres in state-owned enterprises under the new situation.
