目的研究玉林市尿结石成分分析和红外光谱特征与饮食指导。方法采用红外光谱自动定性定量方法对玉林市428例尿结石进行成分分析,并结合资料进行对比研究。结果发病年龄以轻壮年为主,以上尿路结石为主。含钙尿结石对照组为82.97%,试验组为73.57%;尿酸结石对照组为17.02%,试验组为30.83%,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义。结论尿石的成分分析对尿石症的病因探讨和防治可提供重要线索。
Objective To study the composition of urinary stones and the characteristics of infrared spectroscopy and diet guidance in Yulin City. Methods The qualitative and quantitative methods of infrared spectroscopy were used to analyze the composition of 428 cases of urinary stones in Yulin, and the data were compared with each other. Results The age of onset was mainly in young adults, mainly with urolithiasis. Calcium-bearing urinary stones in the control group was 82.97%, the experimental group was 73.57%; uric acid stone control group was 17.02%, the experimental group was 30.83%, the statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The composition analysis of urolithiasis can provide important clues to the etiology and prevention of urolithiasis.
