来信：“电老大”侵权架线荣达公司艰难维权近日,本刊收到了一封来自江苏省东台市一家塑料制品生产企业的举报信,反映该市供电公司在2004年未取得工程建设许可证、未事先通过建设项目环境影响评价的前提下,跨越该公司厂区架设了两道高压电线。该公司负责人称此举对公司员工的生命及财产构成了严重威胁,企业为此走上了漫长的维权之路,且至今没有结果。
