新的历史时期,形势发生变化,思想政治工作面临着巨大挑战。新形势下思想政治工作如何创新?如何增强思想政治工作的有效性?如何把思想政治工作落到实处?笔者认为,在建设一支高素质的稳定的政治思想工作队伍的基础上主要抓好如下几点;抓住“两手”、“双管”齐下坚持“两手抓、两手都要硬”是邓小平理论和江泽民“三个代表”重要思想的科学内涵。社会主义改革和发展的实践证明,思想政治工作也要坚持两手抓,两手都要硬。这就是:一手抓道德建设,一手抓法制建设;一手抓教育工作一手抓管理工作高尚的思想道德修养良好的社会风气形成,要靠耐心细致的思想教育,要靠法纪规范的严格管理。严格的法纪管理,有利于人们增强思想道德意识深入思想教育有利于人们更好
