以萜类化合物为主的植物提取后的残渣为配方原料,采用喷雾制粒和NaOH改性等工艺制备出一种卷烟用多孔材料。通过扫描电镜、孔隙分析仪、红外光谱对多孔材料表面形貌、比表面积及孔隙结构、表面官能团进行表征。将多孔材料添加到卷烟滤棒中进行卷烟应用分析。结果表明,多孔材料表面存在众多孔洞,兼有少量褶皱,孔主要以较大的介孔为主,具有较高的比表面积和孔容;多孔材料复合滤棒可以降低卷烟主流烟气中的焦油和7种有害物质;与未使用多孔材料的复合滤棒相比降幅分别达到焦油12.79%,CO8.78%,苯并(a)芘(B(a)P))21.61%,亚硝胺(NNK)3.91%,巴豆醛3.82%,氢氰酸(HCN)18.47%,氨离子3.90%和苯酚29.79%;多孔材料复合滤棒可以增加烟香丰富性,提高烟气浓度并改善刺激。
The terpene-based plant residue after extraction is used as the raw material of the formula, and a porous material for cigarette is prepared by spray granulation and NaOH modification. The surface morphology, specific surface area, pore structure and surface functional groups of the porous materials were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, pore analyzer and infrared spectroscopy. Porous materials were added to cigarette filter rods for cigarette application analysis. The results show that there are numerous pores on the surface of the porous material, with a small amount of folds. The pores are mainly dominated by larger mesopores and have higher specific surface area and pore volume. The composite filter rod with porous material can reduce the tar in mainstream cigarette smoke And 7 kinds of harmful substances. Compared with the composite filter rod without using porous materials, the declines reached 12.79%, 8.78% and 21.61%, respectively, of tar (B (a) P) NNK) 3.91%, crotonaldehyde 3.82%, hydrocyanic acid (HCN) 18.47%, ammonia ion 3.90% and phenol 29.79%; porous composite filter rod can increase the richness of smoke, improve the concentration of flue gas and improve the stimulation.
