目的:观察金龙胶囊对免疫受抑小鼠淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:小鼠腹腔注射环孢素A(CsA),诱导免疫抑制(选择性抑制CD4+细胞),采用流式细胞仪检测,观察金龙胶囊对实验动物外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+细胞、CD4+/CD8+细胞比值及CD1+9细胞表达影响。结果:金龙胶囊能够提高受抑动物CD3+、CD4+细胞及CD4+/CD8+细胞比值,具有明显对抗CsA引起的免疫抑制,促进免疫功能恢复。结论:金龙胶囊具有提高机体免疫功能和增强免疫调节作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Jinlong capsule on lymphocyte subsets in immunosuppressed mice. METHODS: Mice were intraperitoneally injected with cyclosporine A (CsA) to induce immunosuppression (selective inhibition of CD4+ cells). Flow cytometry was used to observe the effects of Jinlong capsule on peripheral blood CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ cells, and CD4+/CD8+ in experimental animals. The cell ratio and CD1+9 cell expression were affected. Results: Jinlong Capsule can increase the ratio of CD3+, CD4+ cells and CD4+/CD8+ cells in depressed animals. It has obvious anti-CsA-induced immunosuppression and promotes immune function recovery. Conclusion: Jinlong Capsule can improve immune function and enhance immune regulation.
