目的:观察欧维婷乳膏治疗绝经妇女泌尿生殖道萎缩的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择2008-01/2008-10在我院确诊为复发性泌尿生殖道感染的绝经妇女30例,每晚将0.5 g置入阴道深部,连用7 d,以后每周2次,共12周。用药前后分别行阴道健康评分及阴道超声测量子宫内膜厚度。结果:用药后泌尿生殖道萎缩及有关症状得到显著改善,阴道健康评分较用药前得到明显提高(P<0.05),而子宫内膜厚度用药前后无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:阴道局部应用雌三醇乳膏能够有效改善绝经后妇女复发性泌尿生殖道萎缩所致一系列症状及体征,无明显不良反应,用药方便,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Ouwei Ting cream in the treatment of urogenital atrophy in postmenopausal women. Methods: Thirty patients with postmenopausal women diagnosed as recurrent genitourinary tract infection in our hospital from January 2008 to October 2008 were selected. 0.5 g was placed in the vagina at night for 7 days, then twice a week for 12 weeks . Vaginal health score and vaginal ultrasound were used to measure the thickness of endometrium before and after treatment. Results: The genitourinary tract atrophy and related symptoms were significantly improved after treatment, and the score of vaginal health was significantly higher than that before treatment (P <0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the thickness of endometrium before and after treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The vaginal administration of estriol cream can effectively ameliorate a series of symptoms and signs caused by atrophic urogenital tract recurrence in postmenopausal women, with no obvious side effects and convenient medication, which is worthy of clinical application.
