党的十八届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》(以下简称《决定》),是我们党历史上第一个关于加强法治建设的重要决定。《决定》明确提出了全面推进依法治国的指导思想、总目标、基本原则和主要任务,科学回答了在当今中国建设什么样的社会主义法治国家、怎样建设社会主义法治国家等一系列重大理论和实践问题,是我们党坚定不移走中国特色社会主义
The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Government on Several Major Issues in Ruling the Country by Law” (the “Decision”), which was adopted by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, is the first important decision in the party history to strengthen the rule of law. The Decision clearly set forth the guiding ideology, general objectives, basic principles and major tasks for comprehensively promoting the principle of governing the country according to law. It scientifically answers a series of major theories such as what kind of socialist country governed by law in China today and how to build a socialist country governed by the rule of law The practical issue is that our party will unswervingly follow the example of socialism with Chinese characteristics
