对小麦根际土壤磷酸酶活性和有机磷的分组测定结果表明,根际土壤中性磷酸酶活性及碱性磷酸酶活性比非根际分别提高3~5.7mgkg-1和0~4.5mgkg-1;而有机磷总量发生了亏缺现象,其亏缺量为29.90~62.29mgkg-1,亏缺量与根际土壤中性和碱性磷酸酶活性呈显著正相关(r=0.8670,0.9326)。土壤磷酸酶活性及有机磷总量随着有机肥施用量的增加而增加。中性磷酸酶活性和碱性磷酸酶活性,均与有效磷、有机磷总量、有机磷组分中的活性、中活性和中稳性有机磷有显著的相关关系。
The determination of phosphatase activity and organic phosphorus in wheat rhizosphere soil showed that rhizosphere soil neutral phosphatase activity and alkaline phosphatase activity increased by 3 ~ 5.7mgkg-1 and 0 ~ 4.5mgkg -1, while the total amount of organophosphorus was in deficit. The deficit amount was 29.90 ~ 62.29mgkg-1. There was a significant positive correlation between the amount of deficit and the activity of neutral and alkaline phosphatase in rhizosphere soil (r = 0.8670, 0.9326). Soil phosphatase activity and the total amount of organic phosphorus increased with the application of organic fertilizer. Neutral phosphatase activity and alkaline phosphatase activity were significantly correlated with total available phosphorus, total organic phosphorus and organic phosphorus in the organic phosphorus fractions.
