建立了高效液相色谱法分离测定丁基羟基茴香醚及其有关物质的方法。选用资深堂Capcell pak C18MGⅡ(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱;以甲醇-水为流动相梯度洗脱;检测波长:278 nm,二极管阵列检测器检测,扫描波长范围:200~400 nm;柱温:室温;流速:1.0 mL/min;进样量:10μL。在选定的色谱条件下,3-BHA、2-BHA、对苯二酚与其它杂质分离度良好。所建方法专属性强、灵敏度高、重复性好,可作为分析检测丁基羟基茴香醚含量及其有关物质的有效方法。
A method for the separation and determination of butylated hydroxyanisole and its related substances by high performance liquid chromatography was established. The chromatographic column was Cap Capll pak C18MGⅡ (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 278 nm. The detection was performed with a diode array detector with a wavelength range of 200-400 nm. Column temperature: room temperature; flow rate: 1.0 mL / min; injection volume: 10 μL. Under the selected chromatographic conditions, 3-BHA, 2-BHA, hydroquinone are well separated from other impurities. The proposed method has the advantages of high specificity, high sensitivity and good repeatability, and can be used as an effective method for the analysis and determination of butylated hydroxyanisole and its related substances.
