我们曾发现流行性出血热(EHF)病人血清中IgE 的水平,间接肥大细胞脱颗粒阳性率,特异性嗜碱细胞脱颗粒阳性率和血清中组胺水平,均显著地高于正常人。而血浆中cAMP 的水平显著地低于正常人。从而表明,EHF 的发病过程中,可能有Ⅰ型变态反应的参与。本文探讨了EHF 病人嗜碱性白细胞特异性组胺的释放规律,更进一步证实了Ⅰ型变态反应在EHF 发病中的作用,现将结果报告如下。
We have found that serum IgE levels, indirect mast cell degranulation rates, specific basophil degranulation rates, and serum histamine levels were significantly higher in patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) than in normal individuals. Plasma levels of cAMP are significantly lower than normal. Thus, EHF pathogenesis, there may be type Ⅰ allergic involvement. This article explored the EHF patients basophil-specific histamine release rules, and further confirmed the type I allergic reaction in the pathogenesis of EHF, the results are reported below.
