产科会阴切口疼痛、感染给产妇带来痛苦。因此,我们通过临床实践,开发出具有镇痛、抗炎、促进切口愈合作用的中药会阴切口霜,临床应用疗效甚好。对象和方法一、对象我院1990～1991年在产科住院病人,随机抽取100例19～32岁,孕36周加4d～42周加5d第一产自然分娩者,均采用左侧侧切及会阴Ⅰ、Ⅱ度裂伤常规手术缝合者。二、方法用温水冲洗会阴后,将会阴切口霜涂抹于切口处,每日3次。
