叙述了硬齿面齿轮电化学齿端修形原理,对齿面上沿齿向的电流密度分布进行了分析。通过试验得出通电电流和加工时间是控制修形量和修形长度的两个基本参数。
The principle of electrochemical tooth tip modification of hardened gear was described, and the current density distribution along the tooth direction was analyzed. Through experiments, it is concluded that the current passing through and the processing time are the two basic parameters to control the amount of correction and the length of repair.
