用酚醛树脂和胶体Al(OH)3作原料,用微波加热代替常规加热在较低的温度和极短的时间内合成了粒度分布在5~80nm之间、纯度为98.4wt%的AlN超细粉,用XRD、TEM等手段对粉末进行了表征,并对AlN的合成机理做了进一步的研究.
Phenol resin and colloidal Al (OH) 3 were used as raw materials. Microwave heating was used instead of conventional heating to synthesize AlN ultrafine particles with a particle size distribution of 5 ~ 80nm and a purity of 98.4wt% at a lower temperature and in a very short time. The powder was characterized by XRD, TEM and other means. The synthesis mechanism of AlN was further studied.
