我厂在对多种尺寸拉杆球头铣扁时,碰到的问题是铣削出来的两平面平行度往往超差,大于2mm。其原因是拉杆杆身细长,顶尖无法顶住球面,在切削力的作用下,使拉杆受振弯曲,产生让刀。因此我们采取如下措施: 1.用一只外径小于球头厚度的小套管(见附图),顶住球面,避免了拉杆在切削过程中振动弯曲。 2.减少切削余量,由原先每面分两刀切削,改为分四刀切削。每次切削,立铣刀要行过头。 3.用分度头分度时,若摇过了头,则必须退回三
