通过应用修正后的中国地方治理能力评价体系,结合相关的公开统计数据,对广东省21地市的保障能力、调控能力、财政能力、参与能力分别进行了测算,在此基础上,计算了21地市的治理能力。根据各地市治理能力总体得分、分项得分,提出了今后进一步提升各地市治理能力的对策措施。
By applying the revised evaluation system of local governance capacity in China and the related public statistics, we have separately calculated the supportive ability, regulation and control ability, financial capability and participation ability of 21 cities in Guangdong Province.
