甘肃省第九届人民代表大会第五次会议经过审议，并根据计划预算审查委员会的审查报告，决定批准省人民政府提出的甘肃省二ＯＯ二年省级预算，批准省财政厅厅长苏志希受省人民政府委托所作的《关于甘肃省二ＯＯ一年财政预算执行情况和二ＯＯ二年全省及省级预算草案的报告》。会议同意省九届人大五次会议计划预算审查委员会在审查报告中为完成二ＯＯ二年全省及省级预算提出的各项建议。会议要求省人民政府和各级人民政府认真贯彻《中华人民共和国预算法》，严格按人民代表大会批准的预算执行，全面完成二ＯＯ二年预算任务。
The Fifth Meeting of the Ninth People’s Congress of Gansu Province After deliberation, and in accordance with the review report of the Program Budget Review Committee, it decided to approve the Provincial Budget proposed by the Provincial People’s Government for 2002 and approved Su Zhihi, Director of the Provincial Department of Finance Provincial People’s Government commissioned by the << Gansu Province on the implementation of the budget for the year 2001 OO two and two provincial and provincial budget draft report >>. The meeting agreed with the suggestions made by the Program Budget Review Committee of the Fifth Session of the Ninth NPC in the review report for completing the provincial and provincial budgets for 2002. The meeting called on provincial people’s governments and people’s governments at all levels to conscientiously implement the Budget Law of the People’s Republic of China, strictly implement the budget approved by the People’s Congress, and fully accomplish the budgetary tasks for 2002.
