柳晓康:字西岑,1965年出生,淅江永康人,师承郑德涵先生,中国民主促进会会员。现为西泠印社篆刘创作研究室社员、中国书法家协会会员、浙江省书协篆刻创作委员会副秘书长、浙江省青年书法家协会副秘书长兼篆刻创作委员会主任、韩国汉字教育研究会审查委员。现供职于华东荒坪抽水蓄能有限公司。书法、篆刻作品10多次参加中国书协、西泠印社主办的全国大展并获奖。策划、主持:《全国当代青年篆刻家作品邀请展》、《经典与当代书风——全国获奖书家提名展》、《中韩书法名家五十展》、《演绎经典系列丛书》、《经典与当代印风——全国第二届青年篆刻家作品邀请展》等。编著:《全国当代青年篆刻家作品集》、《柳晓康篆刻作品选》、《第二届国际书
Liu Xiaokang: The word Xiten, born in 1965, Yongjiang people in Qijiang, Cheng Shizheng Mr. Zheng Dehan, member of China Democratic Association.
