近日,一项软科学研究课题——《山东省高技术产业投入产出量化分析及对策》在山东省科学院通过专家鉴定。这是山东科技界首次系统深入地研究高新技术产业的效益、效率问题。 该课题主持人、山东省科学院资深研究员尤芳湖说,高技术产业属高投入、高风险、高效益产业。在当今我国及山东省的资金资源有限的情况下,如何评价高技术产业的投入与产出,合理地分配资源,协调各产业的健康发展,是值得研究和探讨的问题。课题力求对现阶段高技术产业的投入、产出进行较为深入的量化分析,以期明确山东省高技术产业的发展现状、特点和效益,促进今后山东省高技术产业的健康快速发展。
Recently, a soft science research project, “Quantitative Analysis of Input and Output of High-tech Industries in Shandong Province and Countermeasures”, was approved by experts in the Shandong Academy of Sciences. This is the first systematic and in-depth study on the efficiency and efficiency of the high-tech industry in Shandong’s scientific and technological circles. Yu Fanghu, senior researcher of the Shandong Academy of Sciences and the moderator of the project, said that high-tech industries are high-input, high-risk, and highly-efficient industries. Given the limited funding resources in China and Shandong Province today, how to evaluate the input and output of high-tech industries, rationally allocate resources, and coordinate the healthy development of various industries are issues worthy of study and discussion. The subject seeks to conduct a more in-depth quantitative analysis of the investment and output of the high-tech industry at the present stage, with a view to clarifying the development status, characteristics, and benefits of the high-tech industry in Shandong Province and promoting the healthy and rapid development of the high-tech industry in Shandong Province in the future.
