要使自己的个人品牌发挥作用,公司职员必须明白企业品牌如何产生效力。企业开发并成功运用多年的品牌原理,同样适用于个人品牌。首先,由于你的品牌是在他人心目中的一种感觉,所以他人怎样看待你就成了核心问题。强势品牌,无论是企业品牌还是个人品牌,都要明确地加以定义,使潜在的受众能迅速领会它的象征。企业的受众是顾客,个人品牌的受众则是与你有关系或你希望建立关系的人。
To make your own personal brand work, company employees must understand how their brands work. Enterprise development and successful use of many years of brand principles, the same applies to personal brands. First of all, since your brand is a feeling in the minds of others, it becomes a core issue for others to think of you. Strong brands, be it corporate or personal, must be clearly defined so that the potential audience can quickly understand its symbol. The audience for a business is a customer, and the audience for a personal brand is someone who is or has a relationship with you.
