目的:分析云南3个不同产地云南松松塔的脂溶性成分。方法:采用甲醇连续回流提取云南松松塔,滤液浓缩后用正己烷萃取,得到正己烷部位,运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分离鉴定其化学成分,并用峰面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量。结果:从漾濞、鹤庆、临沧三产地的云南松松塔中分别鉴定出49,51,46个化学成分,其相对含量分别占总含量80%,81.5%,78.94%。从3个不同产地的样品中鉴定出24个共有成分,主要包括单萜、倍半萜、二萜和芳香族化合物等类型。结论:3个产地的云南松松塔的脂溶性成分及其相对百分含量存在一定差异。
Objective: To analyze the fat-soluble components of Pinus yunnanensis in three different producing areas in Yunnan province. Methods: Continuous extraction with methanol was used to extract Pinus yunnanensis. The filtrate was concentrated and extracted with n-hexane to obtain the n-hexane fraction. The chemical constituents were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) The relative content of. Results: 49, 51, 46 chemical constituents were identified from Pinus yunnanensis in the three producing areas of Yangbi, Heqing and Lincang, respectively, and their relative contents accounted for 80%, 81.5% and 78.94% of the total respectively. Twenty-four common constituents were identified from samples from three different origins, including monoterpenes, sesquiterpenes, diterpenes and aromatics. Conclusion: There are some differences in fat-soluble components and their relative percentages in Pinus yunnanensis in three producing areas.
