食管静脉曲张破裂出血（ＥＶＨ）是门脉高压的严重并发症。施他宁是当前治疗ＥＶＨ的重要药物之一。我院自１９９５年１月到１９９７年６月对４４例采用常规治疗失败的ＥＶＨ患者，改用人工合成的生长抑素制品施他宁治疗，获得一定的疗效，现报道如下：资料和方法１病例选择
Esophageal variceal bleeding (EVH) is a serious complication of portal hypertension. Shitainin is currently one of the important drugs for the treatment of EVH. In our hospital from January 1995 to June 1997 44 cases of patients with conventional EVH failed to switch to synthetic somatostatin strychnine treatment, to obtain a certain effect, are reported as follows: Materials and Methods 1 case selection
