目的分析我院2012年1～6月抗菌药物的不合理使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法通过点评处方、病历发现抗菌药物使用误区与不当用法典型病例,与临床共同分析、改进。结果临床药师通过对抗菌药物的不合理用药情况分析总结,减少了抗菌药物不合理使用现象。结论通过加强对临床抗菌药物使用的督导,提高了我院抗菌药物的合理用药水平,从而减少了药源性疾病和不良反应的发生。
Objective To analyze the irrational use of antibacterials in our hospital from January to June in 2012, and to provide a reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods By reviewing prescriptions and medical records, we found the typical cases of misunderstanding and improper use of antimicrobial agents, together with the clinical analysis and improvement. Results Clinical pharmacists through the analysis of irrational use of antimicrobial drugs summary, reducing the phenomenon of unreasonable use of antimicrobial agents. Conclusion By strengthening the supervision of the clinical use of antimicrobial agents, we have improved the rational use of antimicrobial agents in our hospital and thus reduced the incidence of drug-induced diseases and adverse reactions.
