在四化建设的各条战线上涌现一大批创业者,他们忘我劳动,艰苦创业,我们的剧作家应当熟悉他们,了解他们,在舞台上创造出众多的光辉的创业者形象。五十年代我们的话剧作者就十分注意反映工农业战线上的生活,在话剧《在新事物面前》《四十年的愿望》《刘莲英》等剧本中,塑造了一批工业战线上先进生产者的形象。当然和现实生活中的先进人物比较起来,我们塑造的创业者形象为数还不多,有血有肉的丰满的人物形象,能为人们所记住的艺术形象更少。当前正在进行四化建设,我们应塑造四个现代化
