通过对６ 个水稻杂交组合Ｆ１ 进行花药培养发现：花培出愈率主要受核基因控制，母性效应不显著；品种的广亲和性对于提高籼粳亚种间杂交Ｆ１ 出愈率有明显的正效应；但无论是否有广亲和品种的参与，籼粳间杂交Ｆ１ 的花培白苗率较高
Through the anther culture of six F1 hybrids, we found that the rate of flower-growing is mainly controlled by the nuclear gene, and the maternal effect is not significant. The wide compatibility of the varieties has significant effect on improving the F1 emergence rate of hybrids between indica and japonica subspecies Positive effect; but no matter whether there is a wide range of species involved, indica-japonica hybrid F1 flower seedling rate is higher
