随着我国城市化水平逐步提高,建筑用地被高度开发利用,居住区的容积率也随之升高,并对人居环境的质量造成了影响,而架空层空间在居住区的利用能有效弥补被建筑所侵占的景观、绿化用地,为人们创造丰富的室外活动空间,达到较好的生态和社会效益。然而,对于居住区架空层空间而言,无论是从前期的设计规划还是后期的管理维护来看,都与单纯的室内外环境有着较大差别,当前架空层在居住区的运用仍然属于一个较为新颖的领域,相关的设计理论和方法还未臻完善。本文主要就架空层景观设计进行探讨。
