开发负载胶束的磁性 Fe3O4纳米微粒修饰的石墨烯作为新型分散固相萃取材料,并用于水中有机氯的检测。磁性石墨烯由氧化石墨烯和 Fe2+通过氧化还原法一步合成,负载阳离子表面活性剂 CTAB形成纳米混合胶束作为提取系统。应用本方法分析水中的 29种有机氯,检测限达到 15~50ng/L,样品加标回收率范围在 7522% ~9715%。复重性的相对标准偏差小于 9995%,与传统的固相萃取法相比,方法的灵敏度提高了 50~113倍。该方法快速、灵敏、准确,可以同时测定水中多种有机氯农残,适合于大批量样品的测定。
Development of micelles loaded magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles modified graphene as a new type of dispersed solid phase extraction material, and for the detection of organic chlorine in water. Magnetic graphene was synthesized from graphene oxide and Fe2 + in one step by redox method. The cationic surfactant CTAB was loaded to form nanocomposite micelles as the extraction system. The method was applied to the determination of 29 organochlorines in water with the detection limit of 15 ~ 50 ng / L, and the spiked recoveries ranged from 7522% to 9715%. The relative standard deviation of complexity was less than 9995%. Compared with the traditional solid phase extraction method, the sensitivity of the method was improved by 50 ~ 113 times. The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate and can be used for simultaneous determination of various organochlorine pesticides in water. It is suitable for the determination of large quantities of samples.
