Construction Engineering Cost Management Association Hydropower Engineering Commission in late August 1994 in Baishan meeting to discuss the issue of project cost reform. The seminar was chaired by Vice Chairman of the Special Committee, Jin Hongsheng, Chief Economist of Ertan Hydropower Development Corporation and Wang Mei, Deputy Chief Economist of the Three Gorges Development Corporation.
