内痔是外科常见多发病,而医院病床紧张很难收内痔病人入院手术。为此我科组织有关医师向中医门诊部学习内痔结扎的方法,然后设立专病门诊,对早期内痔采用硬化剂注射,对中晚期内痔患者在向病人说明中西医两法的优缺点后由病人自选入院进行手术或在门诊进行结扎治疗。从1980年10月至1982年10月,共在门诊用中医痔结扎法治疗52例,与住院手术切除52例进行对比分析。兹报道如下:
Internal hemorrhoids is a common surgical morbidity, and hospital beds difficult to receive internal hemorrhoids patients admitted to hospital. To this end, our department organized the clinician to learn how to ligation of internal hemorrhoids from the outpatient department of traditional Chinese medicine and then set up a specialist clinic for early internal hemorrhoids using sclerotherapy. After the patients with intermediate-advanced internal hemorrhoids were shown the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods, Optional hospital admission or surgery in the ligation of ligation treatment. From October 1980 to October 1982, a total of 52 outpatients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine hemorrhoids ligation, compared with 52 cases hospitalized for surgical resection.
