目的:了解青海省海东地区乡镇卫生院(中心)卫生人员的工作量现状,为合理配置卫生人力资源和科学指导卫生服务提供依据。方法:在海东地区的3个项目县中,每县随机抽取6个乡镇卫生院(中心)开展调查。结果:不同专业每人日均工作时间、3县每人日均工作量比较差异有统计学意义;3县不同专业每人日均工作量比较乐都县和湟中县差异有统计学意义;3县不同卫生院每人日均工作量比较差异均有统计学意义。结论:海东地区乡镇卫生院(中心)公共卫生专业人员少、服务能力弱,工作量有差异。今后应在合理配置乡镇卫生院人力资源,加强公共卫生服务职能,提高公共卫生服务能力,创新继续教育培训制度及转变服务方式、提高服务效率等方面多下功夫。
Objective: To understand the current workload of health workers in township health centers (centers) in Haidong, Qinghai Province, and to provide basis for rational allocation of human resources for health and scientific guidance of health services. Methods: In 3 project counties in Haidong, 6 township hospitals (centers) were randomly selected from each county for investigation. Results: The average daily work time per person in different majors was significantly different from the average daily work load in 3 counties. The daily work load per person in 3 majors was significantly different between Ledu County and Langzhong County. The average daily workload of different hospitals in 3 counties was statistically significant. Conclusion: There are few public health professionals in township health centers (centers) in Haidong district, with weak service capacity and different workloads. In the future, more efforts should be made in properly allocating human resources in township hospitals, strengthening public health service functions, improving public health service capabilities, innovating continuing education and training systems, changing service modes and improving service efficiency.
