在中国即将加入WTO之际,中国汽车工程学会等单位针对汽车行业企业整车规模小,厂家数量多,配套、采购体系各自为政,导致汽车产品价格居高不下,竞争力缺乏的现状,会同国内主要汽车整车企业、权威质检机构、宣传媒体通过编纂《中国汽车零部件配套手册》,促进整车企业集中配套,联合采购,优化整车企业配套体系,降低采购成本,培植零部件行业“小巨人”,力求整车与零部件携手共同开发国际国内市场。
As China is about to join the WTO, such units as China Automotive Engineering Society are facing the problems of small size, large number of manufacturers, supporting facilities and purchasing systems in the automobile industry. As a result, the price of automobiles is high and their competitiveness is lacking, Automobile vehicle enterprises, the authority of quality inspection agencies, the media through the compilation of “China Automotive Components Matching Manual” to promote the vehicle business focus on supporting, joint procurement, optimizing vehicle supporting system, reduce procurement costs, cultivate the components industry “small Giant ”, and strive to work together to develop components and parts of the international and domestic markets.
