以冶金部钢铁研究总院为主,经过近两年的研究试验,于1990年初研究成功了钨铼快速测温热电偶并通过了冶金部鉴定。 1990年10月,北京市标准计量局对该热电偶颁发了计量器具制造许可证。证号为(90)量制京字00000239号。经钢铁研究总院劳动服务公司生产的快速微型钨铼热电偶,从一开始就严格按照“快速测量钢液温度用钨铼热电偶”专业标准(送审稿)执行,产品质量符合ZBN05—90标准。产品的主要性能指标为:(1)使用上限温度～2000℃;(2)允许偏差≤0.5％t;(3)
Mainly to the General Research Institute of Iron and Steel Research Institute of Metallurgical Department, after nearly two years of research, in early 1990 successfully studied the rapid rhenium and tungsten rhenium thermocouple and passed the Ministry of Metallurgical Identification. In October 1990, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Standards and Metrology issued a manufacturing license for measuring instruments for this thermocouple. The number is (90) standard Beijing word 00000239. The rapid miniature Tungsten-Rhenium thermocouple produced by the Iron and Steel Research Institute Labor Service Company has been strictly implemented from the very beginning with the professional standard of “tungsten-rhenium thermocouple for rapid measurement of molten steel temperature” (submitted for review). The quality of products complies with ZBN05-90 standard.
