第一章 总则 第一条 为了加强对保安服务组织和保安人员的管理,提高保安服务质量,促进保安服务业发展,维护社会治安秩序,制定本条例。 第二条 在本省行政区域内设立保安服务组织,招用、聘用保安人员和从事保安服务活动,必须遵守本条例。 第三条 本条例所称的保安服务组织,分为下列两类: (一)社会保安服务组织:指经公安机关批准,依法向工商行政管理部门登记注册,为社会提供守护、押运等治安防范有偿服务的企业。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 These Regulations are formulated in order to strengthen the management of security service organizations and security personnel, improve the quality of security services, promote the development of security services and maintain the order of public order. Article 2 The establishment of security service organizations within the administrative areas of the province, the recruitment and hiring of security personnel and the activities of security services must comply with these Regulations. Article 3 The security service organizations referred to in these Regulations are classified into the following two categories: (1) Social security service organizations refer to the public security organs that, upon approval by the public security organ, register with the administrative department for industry and commerce according to law to provide guardianship and escort services for the public Paid services business.
