文章主要对舟山市海洋科技发展路径进行研究,通过构建舟山海洋科技投入、产出评价指标体系,选取2005年至2008年舟山市授权涉海专利数和舟山市海洋经济总产出等23个指标,应用因子分析法、Pearson相关分析法、综合分析确定各指标之间的相关关系,得出舟山市海洋科技发展路径为协调政府、企业、科研院所及高校之间的关系;加强政府部门引导,支持中型涉海企业的科技创新活动;通过激励机制提高研发机构的研发质量与效率;通过财政经费支持提升高等院校培养涉海专业人才的数量与质量。
This paper mainly studies the development path of marine science and technology in Zhoushan City. By constructing Zhoushan marine science and technology input and output evaluation index system, we select 23 indexes such as Zhoushan authorized sea-going patents and Zhoushan marine economic output from 2005 to 2008 , The application of factor analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, a comprehensive analysis to determine the correlation between the various indicators, come to Zhoushan marine science and technology development path to coordinate the government, enterprises, research institutes and universities; strengthen the guidance of government departments , Supporting scientific and technological innovation activities of medium-sized enterprises involved in the sea; improving the quality and efficiency of research and development of research and development institutions through incentive mechanisms; and improving the quantity and quality of tertiary education-related professionals trained through financial support.
