目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)足月妊娠患者血清网膜素-1水平变化及其与新生儿体质量的相关性。方法采用ELISA法检测60例GDM孕妇(GDM组),60例糖耐量试验正常孕妇(对照组)血清网膜素-1以及分娩后脐静脉血清中网膜素-1水平;测量新生儿体质量及身高,分析网膜素-1与新生儿体质量、身高的相关性。结果 GDM组母体及脐带血清网膜素-1水平低于对照组(P<0.05);GDM组新生儿体质量高于对照组(P<0.05),2组新生儿身高比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);脐带血清网膜素-1水平与新生儿体质量呈负相关(r=-0.213,P=0.033)。结论血清网膜素-1降低可能是GDM发生、发展的重要环节,脐带血清网膜素-1水平是影响新生儿体质量的因素之一。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum retinulin-1 in gestational diabetes mellitus (gestational diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes. Methods The serum levels of OPN-1 in 60 GDM pregnant women (GDM group), 60 normal pregnant women with glucose tolerance test (control group) and the serum levels of retinulin-1 in umbilical vein after delivery were measured by ELISA. The body weight And height, analysis of retinal-1 and neonatal body mass, height-related. Results The levels of serum and serum retinin-1 in GDM group were lower than those in control group (P <0.05). The neonatal weight in GDM group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in height (P> 0.05). The level of umbilical serum retinin-1 was negatively correlated with the newborn’s weight (r = -0.213, P = 0.033). Conclusions The decrease of serum retinin-1 may be an important link in the development of GDM. Umbilical serum retinin-1 level is one of the factors that affect the quality of newborn.
