目的了解凉山彝族自治州放射工作人员健康管理的历史和现状。方法收集、整理1979—2008年凉山州放射卫生工作资料,用回顾性调查的方法进行统计、分析。结果凉州辖区内放射工作人员职业健康检查率从1986年的67.01%上升到目前的91.48%,个人剂量监测率从1986年的18.27%上升到近几年的73.45%～95.03%。结论随着放射卫生工作的不断发展,凉山州放射人员健康管理和健康监护工作进一步加强,27年来该工作逐步走向规范化管理。放射人员职业健康检查率总体呈现上升趋势。放射工作人员的健康管理已经涵盖包括职业健康检查,教育(放射防护知识、放射卫生法规培训)及个人剂量监测、职业健康档案建立等内容的全方位的职业健康监护。但上岗前体检和离岗时体检工作的开展一直很差,应进一步加强这方面的工作。
Objective To understand the history and current status of the health management of radiation workers in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture. Methods The data of radiological health work in Liangshan Prefecture from 1979 to 2008 were collected and analyzed retrospectively for statistical analysis. Results The occupational health examination rate of radiological workers in Liangzhou Prefecture increased from 67.01% in 1986 to 91.48% at present, and the individual dose monitoring rate increased from 18.27% in 1986 to 73.45% ~ 95.03% in recent years. Conclusion With the continuous development of radiation health work, the health management and health monitoring of radiation workers in Liangshan Prefecture have been further strengthened. The work has gradually moved toward standardized management over the past 27 years. Occupational health examination rates of radiologists generally show an upward trend. The health management of radiological staff has covered a full range of occupational health monitoring including occupational health examination, education (radiation protection knowledge, training in radiological health regulations), personal dose monitoring and establishment of occupational health records. However, medical examination before leaving the post-examination and work has been carried out poorly, should further strengthen this work.
