2003年后仅在广州天河区一带,已报建的写字楼物业不少,其中相当部分集中在珠江新城。目前珠江新城已建成的项目有3个,主要为政府办公楼和公司总部,在建的项目有13个,包括双城国际,保利大厦,发展中心等。市场也涌现不少新面孔:双城国际、中泰广场、合润广场、天誉商务大厦、新达城广场、时代新世界等。面对供应量的突飞猛进,市场的承接力又会是如何呢?
